Etihad Airways Launches Summer 2026 Pilot Recruitment Roadshow Across Spain, Italy, UK, and Türkiye

United Arab Emirates – Etihad Airways will host pilot recruitment sessions across seven cities in Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Türkiye between June and August 2026, targeting experienced First Officers and Captains as the airline accelerates fleet and network expansion toward 37 million guests and 125+ destinations by 2030.

  • The informal drop-in sessions are open to experienced First Officers and Captains across seven European and Turkish cities, with candidates able to meet Etihad's Pilot Management and Recruitment teams, explore career pathways, and learn about the application process.
  • Etihad is adding more than 20 aircraft per year and is on track to double its fleet again within the next seven years, creating accelerated career progression opportunities including fast-tracked command for First Officers and leadership pathways into training roles for Captains.
  • Etihad actively encourages pilots to bring their families to the sessions, positioning the drop-in format as a low-barrier introduction to the airline and Abu Dhabi relocation proposition.

2026 event dates are as follow's:

  • Madrid, Spain at Axor on 30th of June
  • Barcelona, Spain at SB BCN on 2nd of July
  • Rome, Italy at Marriott Park on 7th of July
  • Milan, Italy at Sheraton Malpensa on 9th of July
  • London Gatwick, UK at Hilton LGW on 14 of July
  • Luton, UK at Courtyard Marriott on 16th of July
  • Istanbul, Turkiye at Renaissance Polat on 11th of August
