Etihad Airways Pilot Recruitment Team Heads to São Paulo in April 2026 Seeking A320 and A330 Captains and First Officers

Brazil – Abu Dhabi-headquartered Etihad Airways will conduct a pilot recruitment roadshow in São Paulo from 2–5 April 2026, seeking experienced Airbus A320 and A330 Captains and First Officers for immediate positions based in Abu Dhabi.

• The São Paulo roadshow offers shortlisted candidates the opportunity to progress through the selection process at an accelerated pace, with Etihad's Pilot Recruitment Team conducting assessments directly in market.
• The recruitment drive is directly underpinned by Etihad's Journey 2030 growth strategy, under which the airline is expanding its fleet to more than 200 aircraft serving more than 125 destinations — representing a significant uplift from its current network scale.
• First Officers recruited under the programme can potentially reach Command in approximately three years, reflecting a defined career progression structure tied to the airline's accelerated fleet growth trajectory.
• The compensation package includes tax-free remuneration, comprehensive benefits, and balanced rosters. Etihad has previously highlighted the Abu Dhabi lifestyle as a material consideration for pilot recruits and their families.
