Etihad Airways to Host Numerous First Officer Recruitment Events in Italy, Spain and the UK in June and July 2025

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates– Etihad Airways is hosting pilot recruitment / assessment events in multiple European city’s in June and July 2025 seeking Airbus A320 First Officer’s.

The pilot recruitment team will visit the following city’s:

Milan, Italy on 11th, 12th and 13th JuneMadrid, Spain on 18th, 19th and 20th JuneLondon Gatwick, United Kingdom in JulyRome, Italy in July

What Etihad Airway’s offer’s:

Opportunity to earn up to 513,732 AED (USD 138,318) tax-free per annum based on 75 hours of flying per monthEducation allowance of AED 40,000 for primary and AED 55,000 for secondary, for up to 3 children42 days of annual leaveIncome protection scheme and much more

Some of the candidate requirement’s they seek:

A minimum of 2500 hours total flying time.A minimum of 1500 hours on multi crew, glass cockpit (1) or high performance military jet.500 hours should be on one of the A320 FamilyFlown any Airbus FBW within the last 12 monthsType rating on A320 should be valid for a minimum of 2 months at the time of joining.ICAO current and unrestricted ATPL. We do not accept Frozen ATPL unless held by a UAE citizen.Current on A320.Unrestricted, current Class 1 medical.Maximum age limit is 50 years old.
