Spain – Hinfact, a France-based aviation training technology company, has announced a strategic partnership with Volotea Airlines to deploy its Electronic Training Records (ETR) solution across the airline’s operations. The collaboration represents a major advancement in digital and adaptive pilot training management within Europe’s regional airline sector.

• Under the agreement, Hinfact will integrate its complete ETR suite, encompassing:

  • Training design and instructor applications

  • Document and Quality Management Systems

  • Comprehensive training recordkeeping and analytics

  • Adaptive training capabilities that dynamically align with pilot performance data.

• The partnership is part of Volotea’s broader effort to enhance efficiency, compliance, and safety outcomes through digitally connected training ecosystems.

• Hinfact and Volotea will also collaborate on fuel-efficiency-focused adaptive training programs and the development of future-oriented Multi-Crew Pilot Licence (MPL) training models.

• The partnership underscores Volotea’s continued investment in operational excellence and data-driven performance monitoring, while supporting Hinfact’s mission to connect Safety Management Systems (SMS) with adaptive training methodologies.
