European Airline Opens Second New FFS Training Center in 1 Month

Poland — Ryanair has officially opened its newest training centre in Kraków, marking its sixth facility serving Ryanair’s growing pilot training needs. The Kraków Training Centre (KTC) comes just weeks after Ryanair launched a separate training centre in Madrid, Spain highlighting the rapid pace of expansion supporting Ryanair’s pan-European training strategy.

  • The newly opened facility features CAE manufactured full flight simulators for Boeing aircraft and has the infrastructure to train up to 500 aviation professionals daily, including pilots, cabin crew, and aircraft engineers.
  • The investment will generate 150 new high-skill jobs in Poland’s aviation sector and aims to centralize Ryanair’s training operations in Central and Eastern Europe, supporting the airline’s continued fleet expansion and growing operational demand.
  • The facility can house 8 full motion and 2 fixed Boeing 737 simulators
