Denmark & Lithuania— Danish airline DAT is seeking an experienced A320 Chief Pilot to lead its Airbus flight operations, with a focus on operational compliance, safety culture, and crew leadership. The role, based in Kaunas, plays a pivotal part in upholding regulatory standards and managing the performance of the airline’s Airbus flight crew.

  • The Chief Pilot will:Lead Airbus flight crew operations and oversee compliance with OM-B and all safety-related procedures under the AOCCollaborate with flight operations and safety management systems to maintain operational efficiency and regulatory complianceProvide direct leadership and mentoring to Airbus flight crews
  • Lead Airbus flight crew operations and oversee compliance with OM-B and all safety-related procedures under the AOC
  • Collaborate with flight operations and safety management systems to maintain operational efficiency and regulatory compliance
  • Provide direct leadership and mentoring to Airbus flight crews
  • Required qualifications:Valid or previously held Airbus-type flight crew licenseMinimum of 2,000 PIC hours on Airbus aircraftDeep understanding of EASA rules, AOC specifications, and EU operational regulationsPrior experience in airline operations leadership, ideally in a comparable AOC environment
