Malta – Wizz Air Malta Limited, part of the Wizz Air Group, has announced a vacancy for a Cadet Program Recruiter, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening its pilot cadet recruitment network and supporting future workforce growth across Europe.
- The position, based in Malta, will support the execution of cadet recruitment activities by coordinating events, managing candidate assessments, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Responsibilities include:
- Organising and managing cadet recruitment events and candidate communication
- Administering assessments and pre‑screening through the MyHR system
- Reviewing and verifying candidate documentation and conducting financial background checks
- Preparing offer letters, maintaining recruitment databases, and managing virtual Open Days
- Creating promotional materials and ensuring candidate support throughout assessment processes
- The position offers a base salary, employee bonus scheme, relocation package (if applicable), life insurance, unlimited discounted confirmed‑seat tickets, and access to internal training opportunities through Wizz Academy.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience, previous experience in HR operations, aviation administration, or similar support roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in HR systems and onboarding processes
- Clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
