• The position, based in Malta, will support the execution of cadet recruitment activities by coordinating events, managing candidate assessments, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

• Responsibilities include:

  • Organising and managing cadet recruitment events and candidate communication

  • Administering assessments and pre‑screening through the MyHR system

  • Reviewing and verifying candidate documentation and conducting financial background checks

  • Preparing offer letters, maintaining recruitment databases, and managing virtual Open Days

  • Creating promotional materials and ensuring candidate support throughout assessment processes

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience, previous experience in HR operations, aviation administration, or similar support roles preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

• Proficient in HR systems and onboarding processes

• Clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders

• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
