Malta – Wizz Air Malta Limited, part of the Wizz Air Group, has announced a vacancy for a Cadet Program Recruiter, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening its pilot cadet recruitment network and supporting future workforce growth across Europe.
The position, based in Malta, will support the execution of cadet recruitment activities by coordinating events, managing candidate assessments, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities include:
Organising and managing cadet recruitment events and candidate communication
Administering assessments and pre‑screening through the MyHR system
Reviewing and verifying candidate documentation and conducting financial background checks
Preparing offer letters, maintaining recruitment databases, and managing virtual Open Days
Creating promotional materials and ensuring candidate support throughout assessment processes
The position offers a base salary, employee bonus scheme, relocation package (if applicable), life insurance, unlimited discounted confirmed‑seat tickets, and access to internal training opportunities through Wizz Academy.
Requirements
1+ years of experience, previous experience in HR operations, aviation administration, or similar support roles preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Proficient in HR systems and onboarding processes
Clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
