Italy – Air Corporate, an Italian business aviation and helicopter operator based in Verona, is building a four-device entrol helicopter simulator fleet — two FTD Level 3 devices currently operational and two Full Flight Simulators (H145 and H139) in production — positioning itself as a reference helicopter training hub in Southern Europe.

Air Corporate currently operates two entrol FTD Level 3 helicopter simulators at its Verona training center, and has ordered two entrol Full Flight Simulators — an H145 FFS and an H139 FFS — both currently in production, bringing the total planned fleet to four entrol devices.
Director Paolo Serini cited entrol's combination of high-fidelity engineering, agile development approach, EASA qualification roadmap, and partner mindset over legacy manufacturer vendor relationships as the decisive factors in selecting entrol for the full simulator fleet.
The four-device configuration will enable Air Corporate to scale initial and recurrent training capacity, reduce scheduling bottlenecks, standardise instructor delivery, and offer more frequent scenario-based training aligned with evolving regulatory requirements — targeting both corporate and commercial helicopter operators across the region.
Instructor and pilot feedback on the entrol cockpits has been consistently positive, particularly on avionics logic replication, cockpit ergonomics, and the realism of abnormal and emergency procedures, with instructors reporting the ability to focus on decision-making and CRM rather than compensating for simulator gaps.
