Spain – flight training group FlyBy has announced a strategic partnership with Spanish scheduled and charter airline Albastar to launch a Cadet Program and Mentored Program, aiming to create direct airline career pathways for student pilots.

• These programs will offer FlyBy cadets a structured and transparent route to employment with Albastar, strengthening post-training job prospects.

• Albastar operates charter and scheduled services across Europe using a fleet of 5 B737 aircraft

• FlyBy trains over 350 cadets annually from more than 115 countries
