Finland – Coptersafety, the Finland-based helicopter simulator training provider, has appointed Eetu Peuraniemi as Chief Flight Instructor (CFI), succeeding Martin Berner, who has led the role since 2022.
- He previously served as Coptersafety’s Lead H145 TRI and has held multiple roles within the organization over more than a decade, including Head of Training (2015–2017) and freelance AW139 TRI/TRE.
- Outgoing CFI Martin Berner, who has been with Coptersafety for over ten years, will continue supporting the organization as an AW139 TRI/TRE freelancer to ensure continuity during the transition.
- Peuraniemi brings operational experience across Search and Rescue (SAR), Offshore, and Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS), strengthening Coptersafety’s alignment with mission-critical rotorcraft operators.
