European Pilot Training Group Strengthens Leadership with New 2025 Board Appointments

Denmark– headquartered GreyBird Pilot Academy, a leading flight training group in Europe, has announced the formation of a new board of directors, bringing together experienced leaders to support the academy’s expansion and strategic growth across Europe. The newly appointed members will play a key role in guiding GreyBird’s mission to set new standards in pilot training.

New Board Members

Peter Mægbæk (Chairman) – A seasoned entrepreneur known for scaling companies such as Fullrate, Plenti, and FastSpeed.Signe Nicolaisen Hørning – Former European Operations Director at CAE and past Chair of the Danish Aviation Association, bringing deep aviation expertise.Michael Eriksen – Strategic leadership expert with experience at McKinsey, J.P. Morgan, and PwC.

Søren Møller – Founder of GreyBird Pilot Academy.Frederik Edward Aackermann – Partner at Dansk Ejerkapital.Nichlas T. Jakobsen – Director at Dansk Ejerkapital.
