Netherlands & China – A new Chinese government report covering China Southern Airlines Technology’s activity in 2025 identifies NextLevel Pilots in connection with European procurement intentions covering two full-motion Full Flight Simulators and two FNPT II devices for Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 training.

The Hengqin government report states that China Southern Airlines Technology reached agreements with several European pilot training organisations involving procurement intentions for 2 × full-motion FFSs and 2 × FNPT II devices. The planned equipment was specified for Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 training and was described as supporting NextLevel Pilots in developing a more complete training system.
The distinction between an expressed procurement intention and a firm equipment order is material. The Chinese disclosure does not identify individual device allocations, delivery dates, installation locations, qualification standards or contractual values attributable specifically to NextLevel Pilots.
NextLevel Pilots’ current website provides a potentially related but not conclusive development: the company states that it presently uses rented simulators and intends to introduce its own new-generation Boeing 737 NG simulator at its Lelystad training center during Q3 2026.
NextLevel’s current training portfolio includes APS MCC, airline-selection preparation, simulator grading and customized airline-transition training. Its APS MCC program is advertised as 15 course days comprising 95 hours of training, while simulator-grading preparation currently uses a certified Boeing 737 simulator.
China Southern Airlines Technology is the simulator-development subsidiary associated with Zhuhai Xiangyi Aviation Technology. ICAO currently describes Zhuhai Xiangyi as operating 35 Full Flight Simulators and states that its China Southern Airlines Technology subsidiary develops flight training devices, flight safety products and aviation data products.
