Evionica Seeking to Recruit Business Development Manager to Drive International Sales in 2026

Poland – Aviation e-learning and pilot training digital training solution provider Evionica is recruiting a Business Development Manager – Aviation, based in Warsaw on a hybrid model, to drive international commercial growth across its portfolio of pilot training and aviation safety technology products.

  • The role is a full-cycle commercial position covering outbound prospecting, lead qualification, presentations, negotiation, and deal closure with airlines, flight schools, ATOs, and other aviation organizations globally.
  • Evionica is seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of B2B sales or business development experience; aviation industry background is listed as a strong advantage.
  • The position offers a B2B contract with a base of PLN 10,000–15,000 net (approximately USD 2,500–3,750) plus an uncapped commission structure, along with benefits including private healthcare, a sports package, and hybrid working arrangements.
  • The Business Development Manager will represent Evionica at international aviation trade fairs including EATS and Pilot Expo, and will collaborate with internal marketing and product teams on commercial initiatives.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and AI-supported sales tools is noted as an additional advantage.
