Exail Supports Volaris in Enhancing Maintenance Training Capabilities

Mexico - One year after being selected by Volaris, the leading ultra low-cost airline in Latin America, Exail highlights the successful integration of its maintenance training simulation solutions in support of the airline’s operational growth. 

Volaris operates a large Airbus A320 family fleet and continues to expand its operations across Mexico, the United States, and Central and South America. In line with this growth, the airline is further developing its maintenance training organization to support increasing operational demands and maintain high efficiency standards.

As an existing user of Exail’s Maintenance Training Device (MTD), Volaris is leveraging simulation technology to support the training of its technical workforce. Exail’s solutions provide immersive and cost-effective environments that enable maintenance crews to train on complex systems in a safe and controlled setting, contributing to improved operational readiness and reduced aircraft downtime.

During recent exchanges, both teams reviewed the current usage of the MTD platform and identified opportunities to further optimize its performance and usability. These discussions are part of a continuous improvement approach aimed at ensuring that simulation tools fully support training objectives.

Volaris is currently reinforcing its training infrastructure, including the expansion of classroom capacity and the evolution of its training delivery model, with the objective of increasing flexibility and accessibility across its operational bases.
