16th Sep 2025

Czech Republic – F AIR, one of Central Europe’s largest flight schools, has successfully transformed its training operations by digitizing more than 20 workflows with SmartSuite, a modular process management platform. The move has enabled F AIR to replace outdated tools, centralize compliance tracking, and scale its cadet training programs to meet rising airline demand.

  • Within nine months, F AIR:

    • Digitized 20+ workflows

    • Replaced five legacy tools

    • Onboarded staff across multiple departments

  • Automations now manage contract-to-training handoffs, compliance updates, and coordination with civil aviation authorities.

  • Integrations include Digisign for digital contracts, Raynet CRM for sales, and custom-built reservation systems.

  • The academy now generates structured PDFs such as training certificates and regulatory notifications directly from SmartSuite.

  • For cadets, the system provides a modern, transparent learning experience, allowing them to track progress, schedule lessons, and communicate with instructors more efficiently.

Statements

  • “SmartSuite is the glue that holds all our processes together, enabling seamless communication and efficiency across teams,” said Filip Bartůněk, COO, F AIR
  • “Before SmartSuite, our training operations were siloed in Excel files and Teams chats. Now, everything from contracts to compliance is automated and centralized,” added Matěj Mrázek, Pilot Training & Sales Manager.
