F AIR Welcomes 6th FTC Vietnam Cadet Group as Czech School's Vietnamese Training Pipeline Spans ATPL, CPL and MPL Program's in 2026

Czech Republic & Vietnam – F AIR, the Czech Republic's largest flight training group, has welcomed its sixth consecutive intake of student pilots from Vietnamese aviation training agency FTC Vietnam, as the school continues to expand its Vietnamese pilot training pipeline across both its ATPL/CPL and Multi-Crew Pilot Licence (MPL) programmes.

• The nine-strong Group No. 6 from FTC Vietnam represents the continuation of an ongoing cadet supply partnership between F AIR and FTC, with students commencing practical flight training at the school's Czech Republic facilities.
• F AIR's engagement with the Vietnamese market extends beyond the FTC partnership. The school received Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) approval to deliver CPL and ATPL training for Vietnamese students in early 2023, subsequently passing a CAAV audit with no findings — confirming its certification to train pilots for both Vietnam Airlines and VietJet Air.
• In parallel, F AIR operates a CAAV-approved MPL programme in partnership with VietJet Aviation Academy (VJAA), the airline-owned training division of Vietnam's largest low-cost carrier. The partnership was formalised in April 2023, with a formal training contract signed in October 2024 by F AIR CEO Michal Markovič. The agreement was further elevated to a government-level ceremony in January 2025, attended by the Prime Ministers of Vietnam and the Czech Republic, Pham Minh Chinh and Petr Fiala respectively.
• F AIR's Vietnamese airline training portfolio also includes a separate ATPL Integrated Cadet Programme for Vietnam Airlines, which commenced in March 2024.

Across its Vietnamese partnerships, F AIR is delivering training under both CAAV and EASA regulatory frameworks, positioning the school as a primary European training destination for Vietnamese airline cadets.
