Fast Growing Texas, US Flight School is Looking to Hire for its Marketing Team

Thrust Flight at Addison Airport, Texas, United States is looking for a friendly new team member to take on the role of Marketing Coordinator. This position will be responsible for helping execute the company’s marketing strategy to drive more qualified students to their flight school.

Some responsibilities of this role include publishing content across the flight school's website, third-party websites, and social media, producing graphics, and assisting in a variety of other marketing tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have an interest in aviation.

Thrust Flight is a flight school located at Addison Airport. Every day Thrust Flight works to teach and train new pilots as they pursue their love for flying. Some of their students are there to learn to fly as a hobby while many others are pursuing a career as airline pilots.

As Thrust Flight opens its second location, now is an exciting time to join the Thrust Flight team as it increases sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the editorial calendar for the Thrust Flight blog including editing and publishing content.
• Schedule content for publishing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Work with freelance writers and aviation experts to assist in the creation of content as necessary.
• Monitor paid campaigns across social media and Google.
• Monitor and analyze competitors.
• Assist in launching and optimizing ecommerce website and monitoring performance.
• Distribute press releases to the right people and organizations.
• Create advertising and social media graphics using Canva or Adobe design tools.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing
• PR Experience a plus
• Experience with Google Analytics and WordPress
• Strong writing skills
• Friendly and helpful attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively with others and follow direction
• An interest in aviation is preferred
