Flight Schedule Pro Seeks Growth Lead to Drive Pilotbase Adoption

May 20, 2026

USA – Flight Schedule Pro, a leading flight school management platform supporting over 1,400 flight schools and tens of thousands of pilots, is seeking to recruit a Growth & Adoption Lead for its Pilotbase product — a connected system that brings together flight schools, pilots, and industry partners into a single, data-driven network — signaling a strategic shift toward platform expansion, direct-to-pilot monetization, and new revenue streams across the flight training ecosystem.

  • The Growth & Adoption Lead role, based in Overland Park, Kansas (remote available), sits at the intersection of product, revenue, and customer strategy, responsible for driving how Pilotbase is introduced, adopted, and expanded across the flight school customer base and translating that adoption into long-term revenue.
  • Key responsibilities include leading adoption across flight school customers, developing monetization strategy across multiple models (B2B, B2B2P, and direct-to-pilot), testing and validating pilot subscription and usage-based revenue opportunities, and building repeatable adoption and expansion playbooks.
  • The role requires experience in SaaS, marketplace, or platform-based business models, with preferred experience in product-led or hybrid go-to-market models, multi-sided platforms, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Compensation is listed at USD 105,000–115,000 base salary annually plus variable compensation and an equity appreciation plan, reflecting the seniority of the position.
