Flight School CRM Provider Flycore Highlights Enrollment Workflow Deployment at Crosswinds Aviation

Michigan, USA – Flight school CRM provider Flycore has highlighted the use of its platform by Michigan-based Crosswinds Aviation to manage prospective-student enquiries, follow-up and enrollment workflows.

• Crosswinds Aviation currently operates from five Michigan airports — Howell (OZW), Pontiac (PTK), Flint (FNT), Willow Run (YIP) and Lansing (KLAN).
• Flycore states that its CRM platform is now used by more than 50 flight schools and has tracked more than 50,000 prospective customers. Flycore also reports capturing more than 2,000 new prospective pilots per month across its customer base.
• Crosswinds Aviation said the platform has made previously less-visible gaps in its marketing, sales and enrollment process easier to identify, allowing staff to see where prospective students are slowing or dropping out before beginning training.
• Flycore's platform centralises lead capture, communication and enrollment management and provides a visual pipeline showing customers as they move from initial enquiry toward active enrollment. Its current product offering also includes automated email and text communications, digital forms, payment collection and onboarding workflows.
• Flycore has continued expanding the platform during 2026. AFM reported in June that its Programs module was redesigned to consolidate enrollment flows, onboarding requirements, forms and automated student-progress tracking into a single workflow.
• AFM subsequently reported in July that Flycore expanded integrations with Flight Schedule Pro and Flight Circle, allowing schools to create student records in connected scheduling systems and view information including the last flight, next flight and aircraft flown from within the CRM.
• Crosswinds Aviation offers a career pilot pathway covering Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot, Multi-Engine, CFI and CFII qualifications. Its website currently describes a 260-hour professional pathway with published programme pricing of approximately US$65,000 to US$120,000 depending on the training route and individual requirements.
• Crosswinds' current fleet page identifies Diamond DA20, Diamond DA40 and Cessna 172 aircraft equipped with glass-panel avionics.
• The school also provides practical flight training for Eastern Michigan University's Aviation Flight Technology programme.
• AFM previously reported in February 2026 that Crosswinds was already among flight schools using Flycore when the software provider presented its CRM at the FSANA International Flight School Operators Conference.
