Flight School Management Software, Flight Schedule Pro, Completes Year 2 SOC2 Type II Audit
Flight Schedule Pro, a leading provider of cloud-based business management software for flight schools, universities, flying clubs, and other aviation operations is pleased to announce that – for a second year – it has successfully completed its System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type II certification. The SOC 2 was developed by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) to allow a third-party auditor to validate a service company’s internal controls with respect to information security.
Successful completion of the SOC 2 Type II audit further reinforces Flight Schedule Pro’s ongoing commitment to take security and compliance seriously.
The SOC 2 audit is one of the highest recognized standards of information security compliance in the world. At Flight Schedule Pro, the audit was completed in partnership with Johanson Group, who respectively reviewed internal controls including policies, procedures, and infrastructure regarding data security, firewall configurations, change management, logical access, backup management, business continuity and disaster recovery, security incident response, and other critical areas of the Flight Schedule Pro business.
Thanks to a company-wide effort at Flight Schedule Pro, and with the help of Johanson Group and its Drata Compliance Automation system, Flight Schedule Pro has successfully achieved ongoing SOC 2 compliance. By leveraging its Drata Compliance Automation System, the Flight Schedule Pro team has gone above and beyond the minimum requirements for SOC 2 – by integrating with critical infrastructure to monitor compliance to the SOC 2 framework 24/7/365.
Clients and prospects of Flight Schedule Pro can learn more and access the FSP SOC2 report at Flight Schedule Pro Trust Center.
