Global – FlightLogger, a Denmark-headquartered provider of flight training management software, has launched a new “Student Progression” module aimed at improving student pacing and on-time completions across aviation training programs.
The new module introduces real-time tracking of student progress versus required pace, helping academies maintain program timelines despite operational disruptions.
By calculating a “Required Pace” per student and comparing it with actual “Booked Pace”, the system highlights students who are ahead or behind, enabling immediate intervention.
The tool is designed for multiple user groups: Heads of Training and COOs can monitor overall cohort pacing, while Chief Flight Instructors and Schedulers can act on student-specific insights.
It integrates directly into FlightLogger’s core scheduling system, allowing changes without switching platforms or exporting data.
The feature currently supports flight training programs, with ground school integration expected in a future release.
A trial version is available for existing customers, with smart pre-filled data from past schedules to help academies get started.
