Global– Private-Radar, a Madrid headquartered cloud-based flight school management software provider continues to lead in digital innovation for flight school operations, introducing new modules and tools that further enhance efficiency, safety, and compliance.
In 2025, Private-Radar supported more than 70,000 users across over 140 flight training organizations in 40 countries.
The system processed over 1.2 million bookings and tracked more than 500,000 logged flight hours.
Its Aircraft Tracking System recorded over 110 million data points, supporting real-time monitoring and operational oversight.
Two major features were launched in 2025:
Crew Information System – allows for secure distribution of operational documents, acknowledgements, and compliance tracking.
Auto-Scheduling – introduces algorithm-based scheduling that automates complex flight and ground training schedules, reducing administrative workload and operational costs.
The platform also released over 35 updates to improve performance, multilingual support, and user experience.
Private-Radar showcased its innovations at major aviation events throughout the year, including exhibitions in Florida, Brussels, Friedrichshafen, Istanbul, Lyon, Cascais, and Montreal—covering more than 25,000 miles of international engagement.
The company is preparing for further growth in 2026, with plans to launch a redesigned scheduling interface and expand its global partner network.
