Greece – Simulation and aviation training systems manufacturer AMST has secured a contract to deliver its latest AIRFOX DISO Spatial Disorientation Trainer to the Hellenic Air Force (HAF), replacing the previous system that has been in operation for over two decades.
The Hellenic Air Force selected AMST's next-generation AIRFOX DISO system following an international public tender.
The upgrade will replace the long-serving trainer located at Athens Air Force General Hospital, which had been operational for more than 20 years.
The AIRFOX DISO system offers advanced spatial disorientation training to better prepare military pilots for the physiological challenges of flight.
AMST met all technical and budgetary requirements, leveraging its deep familiarity with HAF's training needs.
