Denmark – FlightLogger, a Denmark-headquartered flight school management software provider serving over 215 training organizations in more than 50 countries, has held its inaugural Customer Advisory Board in Copenhagen, bringing together flight training leaders from across Europe to discuss the future direction of flight training operations and the systems supporting them.
- The two-day advisory board convenes representatives from major European flight training organizations including:
- OSM Aviation Academy
- Skyborne
- Aviation Academy Austria
- Aeros Flight Training
- AELO Swiss Academy (AeroLocarno)
- Canavia Aviation Academy
- Tatenhill Aviation
- ALVECA Strategic Consulting
- Discussion topics span operational challenges and scalability, AI integration, compliance requirements, and future workflows, with the goal of shaping FlightLogger's product development through direct customer collaboration and industry input.
- The advisory board format signals FlightLogger's transition from a software provider to a platform partner model, actively engaging its customer base in strategic product direction rather than developing features in isolation.
- FlightLogger's platform provides an all-in-one hub for scheduling, compliance, student tracking, and audit readiness, widely adopted by ATOs and DTOs globally. The company has been expanding its customer base and deepening existing partnerships, including a recent 36-month renewal with Spain's Aerodynamics Academy.
- The company confirmed this is the first of many planned Customer Advisory Board sessions, establishing a recurring mechanism for structured industry feedback and collaborative product development.
