Global – pilot training management software provider FlightLogger has released a platform update introducing four new capabilities targeting operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and student progression visibility for flight training organisations.

  • The Combined Syllabus Builder allows organisations to design training programs that integrate both flight and ground training within a single program structure, replacing the need to manage the two training streams separately. The update is the first phase of a broader combined syllabus initiative, with future releases planned to add program import and merge functionality, enhanced student-facing views, and unified progress tracking across flight and ground training.
  • A new Float Time Log enables organisations — particularly those operating under North American regulatory requirements — to accurately record time on float-equipped aircraft directly within the platform, supporting audit readiness and reducing reliance on manual tracking.
  • Student progression information has been consolidated into a dedicated Student Progress tab under Program Overview, replacing a previously separate progression card display to give instructors, administrators, and leadership faster visibility into student training status.
