Florida, US Flight School Adds 5 C172 Aircraft in 2025

November 22, 2025

Florida, USA – Florida Flyers Flight Academy has expanded its training capacity with the addition of five Cessna 172P aircraft to its fleet, strengthening daily flight-availability for students as the academy continues to scale operations. The fleet increase supports Florida Flyers’ goal of enabling each student to fly at least once per day.

  • Earlier in 2025, Florida Flyers entered into a strategic partnership with Nesher Leasing, which included an order for 10 new Tecnam P-Mentor aircraft to support fleet renewal and long-term growth.
  • The academy received its first Tecnam P-Mentor in November 2025, providing a modern, fuel-efficient platform for primary flight training and further strengthening daily sortie capacity.
  • The ongoing fleet expansion aligns with Florida Flyers’ broader growth strategy, which includes new Middle East offices (Morocco, Egypt, Saudi Arabia) and recent FAA Self-Examining Authority, enabling in-house issuance of certificates and reducing DPE wait-times.
