Utah, USA – FLT Academy, Utah's largest flight training group, has been formally recognised as one of only three Elite SkyWest Partners in the United States — a designation update by SkyWest Airlines that narrows its Elite Partner network and elevates FLT Academy to one of the most exclusive regional airline cadet pathway positions in the US flight training market.

• The Elite SkyWest Partner status grants FLT Academy students immediate access to the SkyWest Pilot Pathway Programme, day-one seniority recognition within the programme, and a guaranteed interview for a First Officer position once airline eligibility requirements are met — along with up to $17,500 in tuition reimbursement and mentorship and career support throughout the pathway.
