Fly With Us and CAE Phoenix Launch Chile-US Pilot Training Program in 2026

Chile & USA – Chilean flight school Fly With Us has launched Las Américas, an international pilot training program developed with CAE Phoenix Aviation Academy that divides training between Arizona and Chile. Students will begin their initial flying in the United States before continuing professional pilot training with Fly With Us.

• CAE's published fleet at its Phoenix Aviation Academy in Mesa comprises 67 aircraft: 48 Piper Archer TXs, eight Piper Seminoles, seven Cirrus SR20s, two Cessna Citation CJ1s and two Diamond DA20s. The academy also lists 10 simulator and training devices covering the CJ1, Archer, Seminole and SR20, together with a Redbird crosswind trainer.
• Under the Las Américas structure announced by Fly With Us, trainees will begin Private Pilot training at CAE Phoenix Aviation Academy in Arizona before transferring to Chile to continue their professional training. The pathway is also designed to provide participants with an FAA Multi-Engine Rating, giving students FAA qualifications alongside their subsequent Chilean training.
• The partnership gives Chilean trainees exposure to two different operating and training environments rather than completing the full pathway at a single domestic academy. CAE Phoenix is located at Falcon Field Airport in Mesa and runs FAA flight training for a range of airline cadet and pathway programs.
• Chile's Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC) lists Fly With Us as a Tipo III Centro de Instrucción de Aeronáutica Civil (CIAC), with its principal flying base at Curacaví Aerodrome.
• Fly With Us also operates a DGAC-evaluated Redbird SD Advanced Aviation Training Device configured for Cessna 172SP and Piper PA-28 training.
