Flyschool Air Academy Expands Training Capabilities with New FTD.aero 737 MAX Simulator
Spain – Flyschool Air Academy has successfully completed the acceptance flight of its new Boeing 737 MAX simulator, marking a major step forward in the academy’s fleet of training devices and expanding its capability to train pilots on both major global flight deck philosophies — Airbus and Boeing. The new simulator, developed by FTD.aero, will soon be installed at Flyschool’s Cuatro Vientos base in Madrid.
- The B737 MAX simulator will be made available in the coming weeks to both student pilots and airline clients who partner with Flyschool for training and assessment programs.
- This addition allows Flyschool to integrate practical Boeing-based training alongside its existing Airbus training modules, which together form the foundation of its ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence) curriculum.
- The new device was supplied by FTD.aero, a European manufacturer of advanced flight training devices, supporting the academy’s push to expand simulator-based training capacity and align with the latest industry standards.
