“We need pilots because our business is picking up faster than we expected a year ago,” says Didier Nicolini, Air France SVP Pilot’s Labour Relations.

Air France continues to hire pilots and is nearing a total of 280 by this summer. In addition, the airline plans to add another 100 pilots by the end of the year. Air France started hiring pilots since autumn of 2021.
