Icare, an operator of full flight simulators and other training devices based in Morlaix, France shared that its AMST supplied Airbus A320 CEO/NEO FFS was qualified and entered service on the 15th of December 2023.

The feedback received from the Direction Generale de l’Aviation Civile inspectors at the end of the initial qualification is remarkable, highlighting the technical maturity of the simulator, the exceptional resolution of the visual and the ergonomics of the Instructor Station. This success is the result of the collective work and commitment of the ICARE and AMST-Aviation B.V. teams.” shared ICARE.

Back in June 2023, ECA Group announced that ICARE has selected Exail’s next generation EASA FTD2/FNPT II simulator for the training of its customers’ A320 pilots. The said simulator was delivered in July and certified by the DGAC on September 6.
