Morlaix, France based ICARE, an EASA-approved training organization, attended the 11th Aviation Stakeholders Convention organized by African Airlines Association (AFRAA) in Ethiopia on May 7-9. The organization is represented by its CEO Philippe Goetz and Sales Manager Antoine Incorvaia. “ICARE continues to support all training needs for the development of Air Transport in Africa,” said Goetz.
