French Regional Carrier Seeking New First Officers in 2025

France – HOP!, the regional subsidiary of Air France, has opened applications for Airline Transport Pilot Officer (OPL) positions, inviting qualified candidates to join its European regional network. Minimum Requirements:

  • Valid ATPL or CPL/IRME license
  • Theoretical ATPL issued by an EASA-approved training organisation (ATO)
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Minimum TOEIC score of 850
  • MCC and Advanced UPRT certifications required
  • FCL 055 Level 6 for non-French speakers
  • EU or Swiss nationality
  • Applicants must not have been previously eliminated from Air France, HOP!, or Transavia pilot selection programs

Selection Process:

  • PSY1: Conducted at ENAC (École Nationale de l’Aviation Civile)
  • PSY2: Includes personality assessments, group exercises, interviews, and simulator evaluations
  • Final Interview: Conducted by HOP! recruitment representatives
