In collaboration with flight simulator manufacturer AMST, AET operated the AET Pilot Test Center Area, offering attendees a rare opportunity to participate in a complete, realistic airline-style pilot assessment—free of charge.

• The interactive testing zone allowed participants to experience the full pilot selection process, including:

  • One-on-one CV and cover letter review with aviation psychologists

  • Cognitive and mental pilot aptitude tests under pilot supervision

  • Flight simulator sessions using AMST’s advanced AMO device

  • Group exercises led by aviation psychologists

  • Mock selection interviews with professional assessors

• The simulation setup replicated actual assessment centers used in airline pilot recruitment, providing insight into psychological, operational, and interpersonal evaluation criteria.
