Lithuania – Vilnius-based ACMI and charter carrier GetJet Airlines has opened applications for its 2026 A320/B737 Self-Sponsored Pilot Cadet Program, targeting already licensed EASA commercial pilots.
- Applicants must already hold:
- a valid EASA CPL with frozen ATPL credit and ME/IR,
- an EU Part-MED Class 1 medical,
- at least ICAO English Level 4,
- an MCC completion certificate and Advanced UPRT completion.
- GetJet's programme is self-sponsored.
- The vacancy is listed in Vilnius and covers both A320 and B737 pathways. GetJet states that participants will undertake ground school and flight training with guidance and mentoring from flight instructors and airline pilots.
- GetJet Group announced in January that it planned to create 200 positions across its businesses in four countries during 2026, with the group specifically identifying intensive recruitment as flight operations and maintenance capacity expand.
- GetJet Airlines reported in July that it currently operates 20 aircraft after adding five Airbus A320-200s and one Boeing 737-800.
