Global Flight Training Group Airways Aviation is Seeking to Hire a Senior Manager – Digital Marketing and Sales for Dubai Base in 2025
Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Airways Aviation, one of the largest aviation and pilot training group’s in the world operating pilot training academies across Europe, the Middle East, Asia/Australia, India and Africa, is seeking to hire a Senior Manager – Digital Marketing, Sales & Projects Development to lead its global marketing and sales initiatives. Based in Dubai, this role focuses on driving digital marketing strategies, business development, and project management across multiple international markets, ensuring brand consistency and growth in line with the Group’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and manage multi-territory digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital channels
- Collaborate with regional teams to create culturally relevant content and strategies
- Utilize HubSpot and other CRM tools to optimize lead generation and campaign performance
Sales & Projects Development
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and proposals
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to align with commercial goals
Global Team Coordination
- Lead and support regional marketing teams to adapt global strategies to local markets
- Ensure alignment between regional teams and senior management on marketing objectives
- Provide training and support to in-country teams
Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign and sales success
- Analyze campaign performance and present data-driven insights to senior management
- Optimize strategies using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other analytics tools
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
- Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) as needed
Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in business development, digital marketing, and project management in a multi-regional or global context
- Proven success managing digital marketing campaigns and using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Aviation or education industry experience is highly desirable
- Multilingual capabilities (English essential; French, Arabic, or regional languages are a plus)
