Global Flight Training Group Airways Aviation’s Campus in France Conducts Over 20,000 Flight Hours Per Year

17th Jul 2024

Global flight training group Airways Aviation, which operates pilot training academies across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and India has shared that Airways Aviation ESMA, Airways Aviation Group’s aviation and flight training base in Montpellier, France, conducts over 20,000 flight hours per year using its fleet of Diamond Aircraft and a team of 55 ground, flight and simulator instructors. At this base the group trains German Airforce (Luftwaffe) cadets, CAE civilian pilots and Airways Aviation students.

Earlier this month Airways Aviation ESMA announced the installation of a new 3000-liter Jet A1 bowser, complementing their existing 1000-liter bowser, and supporting the airport fuel services provided by TotalEnergies.

This action will increase Airways Aviation’s capability of quickly refuelling the fleet, reducing important time and increasing aircraft availability to perform training flights.
