Global Pilot Training Group Expands Facility in Spain with Campus Residence for 152 Student Pilots

Lleida, Spain– BAA Training, which operates full flight simulator training centers and flight schools around the world, in collaboration with modular construction firm CompactHabit, has marked the progress of a modular student residence at its pilot training base in Lleida-Alguaire Airport.

The new residence comprises 55 three-dimensional concrete modules constructed by CompactHabit.It consists of two interconnected buildings, offering accommodation for up to 152 students.This development is part of BAA Training’s strategic investment into expanding its training infrastructure in Lleida, where it has operated since 2018.Earlier in the year BAA Training shared that its Spain flight training base will operate 58 Cessna’s within two years.

BAA Training operates an Ab Initio flight school in Spain and four simulator training centers across Europe and Asia, offering MPL, Type Rating, and advanced pilot programs.
