Global Pilot Training Solution Provider CAE Announces Continued Partnership with US-based Regional Airline for eFlight Manager

22nd Feb 2024

Global pilot training solution provider CAE has shared the extension of its partnership with Endeavor Air, a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines (Endeavor Air operates regional jets on over 700 daily flights, connecting more than 130 cities across North America). As part of this ongoing collaboration, Endeavor Air has successfully integrated CAE’s cutting-edge eFlight Manager (eFM) into its operations.

CAE’s eFlight Manager facilitates the seamless delivery of the latest flight data directly to the cockpits of Endeavor Air’s fleet. This innovative technology ensures the synchronization of aircraft and ground-based data, providing pilots with crucial real-time information. The implementation of eFM is expected to result in substantial environmental and operational benefits.

One notable outcome of this integration is the anticipated reduction in paper usage. Endeavor Air foresees saving millions of sheets of paper annually, underscoring a commitment to sustainability. The eFM empowers pilots by equipping them with up-to-the-minute data, enabling more confident decision-making and the ability to recalculate routes for enhanced accuracy and cost savings.
