Global Pilot Training Solution Provider L3Harris Airline Academy Announces UK Partner Airline Begins Recruiting Students in Early Stages of Training

United Kingdom headquartered L3Harris Airline Academy, which conducts flight training in the UK and in the United States, has shared thatWizzAir UK will now recruit students in training as early as the completion of their first set of ground school exams.

WizzAir UK joins British Airways and easyJet in providing acareerpathwayto students before they finish training. That’s three of the top six UK airlines who provide studentswithconditional offers of employment. That’swithout mentioning the graduates employed after completion of training, too,withother airlines on that list, such as Jet2 and TUI. This year (2024) alone, 106 graduates have entered employment via thesecareerpathways.

Earlier in the month L3Harris Airline Academy announced a new collaboration with the UK based University of West London (UWL) to launch the Integrated ATPL with BSc(Hons) Air Transport Management program. The 2 year combined ATPL and degree course offers career pathways to major airlines and access to funding options for those that qualify.
