Global Pilot Training Solution Provider Shares Latest Employment Statistics of UK Base – L3Harris Airline Academy

United Kingdom headquartered L3Harris Airline Academy, which operates flight training operations both in the UK and in the US, shared that a further 20 wereemployedfrom its Graduate Placement Pool in April 2024. With this, the total number ofgraduateswho have secured jobs in 2024 has now risen to94.Thesegraduateshave now begun their career as a First Officer for the likes of British Airways, TUI, easyJet and Wizz Air.

During the first few months of 2024 L3Harris Airline Academy achieved an average of more than one graduate hired per working day, consistently. Notably, 27 graduates were placed with easyJet in February 2024 alone. That marks approximately a 50% increase compared to the first two months of both 2022 and 2023.

In 2021, this figure was around 50, showcasing the rapid increase in pilot recruitment from airlines across the world.

Back in October 2023 L3Harris Airline Academy announced that following a recent visit by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI), they have once again been rated as ‘exceeding expectations’.
