Florida, United States – L3Harris Flight Academy, in collaboration with Atlas Air, offers an opportunity for aspiring pilots and students enrolled in L3Harris Flight Academy’s Accelerated Airline Pilot Track, through the Atlas Air Pilot Pathway program. This partnership provides students in the Accelerated Airline Pilot Track a streamlined route to becoming pilots for Atlas Air, one of the world’s leading cargo airlines.

• Step 1 – Enrol at L3Harris: Enrol in the Accelerated Airline Pilot Track, which includes airline-oriented training leading to CFI certification in as little as 12 months.
• Step 2 – Build Hours: During training and potential CFI employment at L3Harris, cadets who complete 500 flight hours and meet Atlas Air’s employment conditions will be recommended for the program.
• Step 3 – Interview and Offer: Atlas Air will conduct a screening process, followed by an airline interview for eligible cadets. Successful candidates will receive a conditional offer of employment (COE).
• Step 4 – Employment: Atlas Air commits to hiring all students with a COE upon successful completion of the program requirements.
