Türkiye – International Flight Training Center (IFTC), the independent full flight simulator training centre group and a member company of Gözen Holding, attended the Airbus G05 Symposium 2026, engaging with regulatory and simulation industry developments directly relevant to its training operations.

  • Airbus used the G05 Symposium to reiterate the importance of full flight simulators in the evolving regulatory landscape, alongside lower-level training devices — a position IFTC states it is fully aligned with.
  • Upcoming EASA regulatory updates were a key discussion theme at the event, with the changes identified as presenting adaptation challenges for Approved Training Organisations (ATOs) in updating their training programmes.

About IFTC
IFTC (International Flight Training Center) is Türkiye's first independent private full flight simulator training centre, established in 2008 as a member company of Gözen Holding, operating two training centres — in Istanbul and Antalya — across two continents with five EASA-certified full flight simulators covering Airbus A320 and Boeing B737NG aircraft types. In May 2024, IFTC ordered a HAVELSAN-manufactured Airbus A320 NEO/CEO full flight simulator, which received EASA Level D certification and training-ready status in July 2024.
