Greece’s Egnatia Aviation Hosts Iraqi Airways Training Delegation in September 2025

Greece - Egnatia Aviation, one of Greece’s largest flight training organisation's, hosted a senior delegation from Iraqi Airways Training Management to assess the progress and integration of their exclusive cadet training programme.

• The visiting delegation included Captain Ali Hasan Hadi and Captain Mohammed AlKhafaji, who reviewed the airline-specific integrated syllabus and validated its alignment with Iraqi Airways’ operational procedures.

• The syllabus, developed solely for Iraqi Airways cadets, incorporates the airline’s internal SOPs and training standards, ensuring a seamless transition from ab-initio to line flying.

• The airline representatives conducted instructor standardisation check flights, toured the Lydia Airport training campus, and held direct discussions with Iraqi cadets on career progression and operational readiness.
