Greece – Egnatia Aviation, one of Europe's leading airline aligned abinitio flight training organization's based at its private aerodrome "Lydia" near Kavala, is seeking to recruit Theoretical Knowledge Instructors (TKIs) to join its growing instructor team as the academy continues to scale its cadet intake and airline partnership portfolio. Role

As a TKI, you will deliver high-quality theoretical knowledge instruction, support student progress, and help instill the professionalism, aviation mindset, and operational discipline required in modern commercial aviation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver theoretical knowledge instruction in accordance with EASA/GCAA regulations and approved training syllabi and Egnatia standards
  • Monitor student progress and provide guidance to support successful course completion
  • Maintain accurate training documentation and records
  • Promote aviation values such as airmanship, CRM, teamwork, TEM, and professionalism
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials

Requirements

  • Practical aviation background related to the assigned subjects or previous experience delivering Theoretical Knowledge instruction
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage and support students
  • Team-oriented mindset with good workload management, adaptability, and resilience
  • Competency in the use of technology and digital learning tools, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
  • Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
