Greece – Kavala-based Egnatia Aviation has concluded 2025 with significant operational milestones, international recognition, and continued investments in infrastructure and fleet, solidifying its position as a leading European integrated pilot training academy.

  • Cadet intake rose by 18% year-over-year, with a corresponding 21% increase in total training hours delivered.
  • The academy expanded its training fleet with six new Elixir aircraft delivered in 2025 and an additional nine on order to support capacity needs.
  • Egnatia Aviation secured full UAE GCAA approval, enabling further international training operations and partnerships.
  • Major facility developments in 2025 included new training buildings, a terminal, and additional commercial and accommodation infrastructure.
  • Staffing grew by 35 new hires, including 14 new flight and theoretical instructors, bringing the total workforce to 117 professionals.
  • The organization received industry accolades across multiple domains, winning Gold at the Social Media Awards and Silver at both the PR Awards and HR Awards 2025.
