Greek Flight School Egnatia Aviation Grows Training Hours by 21 Percent in 2025
Greece – Kavala-based Egnatia Aviation has concluded 2025 with significant operational milestones, international recognition, and continued investments in infrastructure and fleet, solidifying its position as a leading European integrated pilot training academy.

Cadet intake rose by 18% year-over-year, with a corresponding 21% increase in total training hours delivered.

The academy expanded its training fleet with six new Elixir aircraft delivered in 2025 and an additional nine on order to support capacity needs.

Egnatia Aviation secured full UAE GCAA approval, enabling further international training operations and partnerships.

Major facility developments in 2025 included new training buildings, a terminal, and additional commercial and accommodation infrastructure.

Staffing grew by 35 new hires, including 14 new flight and theoretical instructors, bringing the total workforce to 117 professionals.

The organization received industry accolades across multiple domains, winning Gold at the Social Media Awards and Silver at both the PR Awards and HR Awards 2025.
