Kavala, Greece – Egnatia Aviation, one of the country's largest pilot training organisations, held its 2024 Business Review, highlighting a year of strategic growth, leadership development, and infrastructure expansion as it sets its trajectory for continued advancement in the pilot training sector.

• Key focus areas included enhanced collaborations with airlines and construction progress at Lydia Airport, reinforcing infrastructure capabilities.

• Strategic initiatives for 2025 and beyond are already in progress, targeting operational expansion and stronger engagement in Europe and the Middle East.

• The event featured the graduation of 12 internal team members from a Leadership Development Program in collaboration with Harvard Business Publishing Education. Graduates completed 22 advanced leadership subjects and participated in 12 practical workshops.
