Kavala, Greece– Egnatia Aviation, one of the country’s largest pilot training organisations, held its 2024 Business Review, highlighting a year of strategic growth, leadership development, and infrastructure expansion as it sets its trajectory for continued advancement in the pilot training sector.

Egnatia Aviation hosted its 2024 Business Review event, showcasing performance milestones, new partnerships, and strategic plans.Key focus areas included enhanced collaborations with airlines and construction progress at Lydia Airport, reinforcing infrastructure capabilities.Strategic initiatives for 2025 and beyond are already in progress, targeting operational expansion and stronger engagement in Europe and the Middle East.The event featured the graduation of 12 internal team members from a Leadership Development Program in collaboration with Harvard Business Publishing Education. Graduates completed 22 advanced leadership subjects and participated in 12 practical workshops.
