Gulf Carrier Plans Southeast Asian Pilot Recruitment Roadshow in July 2026

Philippines – Emirates, the Dubai-based carrier, is planning a pilot recruitment roadshow in the Philippines in July 2026, with registration now open for licensed Filipino pilots through recruitment partner IPAMS (Industrial, Personnel, and Management Services, Inc.).

• Emirates is seeking to connect with qualified pilots in the Philippines through a prospective Pilot Roadshow, with a potential session planned at the IPAMS Office in July 2026. Registration closes on 19 June 2026.
• The registration form gathers information on candidates' backgrounds, qualifications, and availability across four weekly windows in July (1–7, 8–14, 15–21, 22–31), indicating that the roadshow may run across multiple sessions during the month.
• The roadshow forms part of Emirates' broader pilot recruitment drive to support its widebody fleet expansion. The airline plans to recruit approximately 5,000 pilots over the coming years and closed 2025 with over 70 new aircraft ordered.
