Hong Kong International Aviation Academy Announces Collaboration with Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education
Hong Kong International Aviation Academy (HKIAA) and The Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education (HKAGE) signed a collaboration framework agreement (CFA), strengthening their partnership to nurture aviation talents and shape the future of gifted education in Hong Kong.
To promote talent development under gifted education, HKIAA and HKAGE co-organised a customised aviation programme for gifted students earlier this summer. The four-month programme is divided into three phases, providing participants with opportunities to explore the core areas of the aviation industry. The programme enables them to delve into advanced management systems, explore high-end technology facilities, and interact with aviation experts to gain insights into smart airport operations, aircraft engineering, air traffic management and sustainable aviation development.
As global transport resumes and the tourism industry rapidly recovers, it further strengthens and consolidates Hong Kong’s status as an international aviation hub. This growth will increase the demand for aviation talent in Hong Kong. Through the collaboration between HKIAA and HKAGE, early exposure to the aviation industry will significantly benefit the gifted students in planning their future careers.
